The Sales Executive Intern at Denver Group Limited plays a key role in supporting the Business Development & Sales team by contributing to initiatives that drive company growth. The intern conducts market research, engages with clients, and identifies new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This role provides a hands-on learning experience, allowing the intern to develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, and strategic business expansion while gaining in-depth real estate industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

Market Research & Business Analysis

  • To learn how to conduct market research by analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • To assist in data collection and interpretation to identify business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • To gain skills in preparing reports and presentations on market findings for the management team.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • To learn the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • To support the sales team by responding to client inquiries, booking site visits, and conducting follow-ups.
  • To gain hands-on experience in handling customer objections, negotiating, and closing sales under supervision.

 Digital Marketing & Branding

  • To learn how digital marketing impacts real estate sales and business growth.
  • To assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • To gain exposure to CRM systems and how they are used to manage client relationships.

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • To learn how to draft business proposals, sales reports, and contracts.
  • To assist in maintaining accurate client and transaction records.
  • To gain practical experience in data management and business operations documentation.

Cross-Functional Training & Development

  • To work closely with the finance, marketing, and operations teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization.

Minimum Qualification:

·       Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other Business-related course.

·       Interest in business development, sales, and customer relationship management.

·       Good communication and presentation skills.

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office, digital marketing, and market research tools.

·       Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.

IT INTERN

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day support and troubleshooting of the ERP system
  • Help with data entry, system updates, and configuration under guidance
  • Coordinate with our ERP service provider on technical issues and feature requests
  • Support end-users across departments with basic IT queries
  • Document system processes, FAQs, and support guides
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer from the ERP vendor
  • Monitor ERP system performance and report any issues or bugs

Requirements

  • Recently completed a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Basic understanding of databases and web applications
  • Interest in ERP systems and business process automation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to real-world IT and business needs
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to ERP Next or any open-source ERP

FINANCE INTERN

The Finance Intern at Denver Group Limited plays a critical role in supporting the Finance department by assisting with financial record-keeping, budgeting, and compliance tasks. The intern learns how to manage company accounts, process transactions, and ensure financial accuracy in operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to financial management within a real estate company.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Learns how to prepare financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts.
  • Gains experience in analyzing revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
  • Assists in preparing financial reports and reconciliations for management review.

Budgeting, Expense Monitoring & Land Payment Plans

  • Learns how to track and manage company budgets and expenses.
  • Assists in processing invoices, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
  • Gains knowledge of different land payment plans offered to clients and how to ensure they align with company policies.
  • Assists in monitoring customer payment schedules, identifying delays, and suggesting corrective actions.

Tax, Compliance & Financial Corrections

  • Trained in tax computations, VAT filing, and financial compliance requirements.
  • Assists in ensuring adherence to regulatory and company financial policies.
  • Works with auditors and gains knowledge of internal and external audit processes.
  • Assists in identifying financial discrepancies and correcting errors in company financial records.
