SALES EXECUTIVE INTERN

The Sales Executive Intern at Denvers plays a key role in supporting the Business Development & Sales team by contributing to initiatives that drive company growth. The intern conducts market research, engages with clients, and identifies new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This role provides a hands-on learning experience, allowing the intern to develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, and strategic business expansion while gaining in-depth real estate industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

Market Research & Business Analysis

  • To learn how to conduct market research by analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • To assist in data collection and interpretation to identify business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • To gain skills in preparing reports and presentations on market findings for the management team.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • To learn the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • To support the sales team by responding to client inquiries, booking site visits, and conducting follow-ups.
  • To gain hands-on experience in handling customer objections, negotiating, and closing sales under supervision.

 Digital Marketing & Branding

  • To learn how digital marketing impacts real estate sales and business growth.
  • To assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • To gain exposure to CRM systems and how they are used to manage client relationships.

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • To learn how to draft business proposals, sales reports, and contracts.
  • To assist in maintaining accurate client and transaction records.
  • To gain practical experience in data management and business operations documentation.

Cross-Functional Training & Development

  • To work closely with the finance, marketing, and operations teams to gain a holistic understanding of the organization.
  • To participate in weekly reviews, mentorship sessions, and knowledge-sharing meetings.
  • To present findings and key learning experiences at the end of each month to assess progress.

Minimum Qualification:

·       Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any other Business-related course.

·       Interest in business development, sales, and customer relationship management.

·       Good communication and presentation skills.

·       Basic knowledge of MS Office, digital marketing, and market research tools.

·       Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.

Preferred Competencies:

·       Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and business opportunities

·       Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and reporting.

·       Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation strategies.

·       Proficiency in social media, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
